I am fascinated by the immense variety of styles, colors, materials, shapes, sizes of jewelry. Consider the Necklace. From the tiniest invisible thread 5-pearl choker to the neck-to-knee bone bead collar, the styles seem endless. Change the color, you have a different necklace. Change the pearl size to several sizes; change the pearls to stone beads and the thread to string and square wire. Now you have a totally different, unique piece to adorn your neck.

I have worked in the gemstone and jewelry manufacturing industry since 1984 selling gemstones and supplies to jewelers and designers. Over the years I have helped jewelers design or redesign pieces, usually adding color, texture, and dimension to plain pieces. Working with colored pearls and beads gives me the excitement of all those qualities plus fun, affordable accessories to wear anytime.

The new colors and shapes of pearls are exciting, the possible combinations innumerable. Add to this the natural beauty and variety of gemstone beads in as many shapes as you can imagine. The result is a world of beautiful, intriguing, unique and very wearable jewelry.

I work in the rapidly growing suburbs of Leander and Cedar Park, Texas, adjacent to the ranchland and hill country near Austin, Texas. This diversity of ranch and city, feed stores and malls, country roads and freeways, artists and computer gurus is my inspiration.
